NEW DELHI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The Punjab National Bank has recently published an advertisement for the recruitment of officer cadre and management trainee. The last date for the application is September 7 and interested candidates can apply for the job online through the official website of the bank. As many as 877 vacancies have been listed by the bank but the figure can vary as per the requirement of the bank.

The eligibility for the positions vary according to the departments and apart from educational qualifications, some of the posts also require prior experience in that particular field. For example, candidates who are interested to apply for the post of Deputy Manager should possess a graduate degree in Law from a University recognized by the Government of India. Apart from this, the candidate should also have the enrollment number in the Bar Council and have an experience of two or more years as an advocate at the Court or the legal department of Central/State Government or in a PSU. For the application, the candidates need to go through the details of the advertisements that download as a pdf file on the computer from the Punjab National Bank official website as well as other job websites.

After going through the detailed advertisement, the candidates are required to take the printout of the payment chalan from the official website. The payment for the chalan can be made at any of the Punjab National Bank branches across the country. After the payment (Rs. 400 for the general candidates), the candidates will be able to fill up the entire application form online.
