President Barack Obama returns from Ohio, to pushed congressional Democrats to vote for an overhaul of the U.S. medical system as he focused on the plight of Americans without health insurance. The trip was the president’s third in a week to discuss health care reform, and all three have been to electoral swing states for campaign-style events. Last week, he traveled to the Philadelphia and St. Louis areas.
