Correction: Child Deaths storyINDIANAPOLIS — In a story Sept. 21 about an Indianapolis woman charged in the deaths of two of her children, The Associated Press, relying on information from the Marion County prosecutor's office, misspelled the woman's first name. The office now says her correct name is Ebyan Farah, not Edyan.

He is Brian Hoyt, not Bryan.
