BARAMULLAH - Hundreds of people thronged the shrine of Sufi saint Fareed-Ud-Din Ganjshakar to celebrate the last day of the 'Urs Mubarak' fair on Thursday in Uri town, of Baramullah district, Jammu and Kashmir.

LAKHANPUR - About 2000 Hindu pilgrims on way to join the Amarnath Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir were stopped at Lakhanpur, the main entry point to the state, following inclement weather conditions.he pilgrims, who had left in a fleet of 60 vehicles, were stopped at the Gateway of the Jammu and Kashmir state, as landslides had occurred on the road due to heavy rains.
