WASHINGTON - The Obama administration's decision to carry out extra security checks, including full-body pat downs, on people flying into the United States from 14 mostly Muslim countries has provoked criticism from foreign officials.
WASHINGTON - Several critics have said that the US has put too much prominence to large-scale military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and emphasized that Al-Qaeda has used convenient tools like the Internet and the lawless regions of failed or weak states like Yemen and Somalia to build its networks.
WASHINGTON - Shouting at your wife may get you a criminal record in France, all thanks to a new law set to take effect later this year.
