SRINAGAR - A hustle and bustle follows the so-called 'normal' days in Kashmir Valley when separatists do not call for any protests and the authorities do not impose any curfew. That's when everyone desperately tries to get sundry tasks done.
SRINAGAR - Life again limped back to normal in Srinagar and other towns of the Kashmir Valley Thursday as the authorities did not impose any curfew and separatists asked people to resume normal life for two days.
JAMMU - The Indian Army will Thursday register a protest with the Pakistan Army over the recurring ceasefire violations on the Line of Control, an official said.
SRINAGAR - At least three policemen and a dozen protesters were injured as clashes erupted again in Srinagar and other towns in the Kashmir Valley while authorities imposed curfew to thwart a separatist march Wednesday.
JAMMU - Pakistani troops once again violated the ceasefire by firing at Indian posts in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch sector Wednesday, defence sources said.
