KABUL - Afghanistan on Tuesday charged the United States with pursuing a contradictory policy with regard to the Afghan war.
KABUL/WASHINGTON - Afghan leaders and citizens are not surprised by the Taliban-Pakistani connection made in the Afghan war reports released by the web site WikiLeaks.org.
