GANDERBAL - Thousands of youngsters from Jammu and Kashmir are taking part in an army recruitment rally being organized in several districts of the state, including Ganderbal and Bandipora.
PAMPORE - The much-anticipated project of setting up of an International Trade Centre in Jammu and Kashmir's Pampore town is still its initial stage, irking the locals as well as traders in the valley who have pined all their dreams in the project.
LAKHANPUR - The much-hyped flag-hoisting march to Srinagar seemed to have ended in a fizzle with a few hundred Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers, including some top leaders, managing to enter Jammu and Kashmir, but were arrested as soon as they crossed over from Punjab by a determined state administration.
