BANGALORE - India's first advanced full-fidelity helicopter simulator of the state-run Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) has been certified to level D by the Directorate General Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the defence behemoth said Friday.
