MOSCOW - An aircraft flying from Moscow to Chechen regional capital Grozny made an emergency landing Monday after one of the passengers developed labour pains.

The crew of the Yak-42 plane decided to land the plane in Volgograd city, about one hour after take-off, Xinhua reported.

The 24-year-old woman was sent to a local hospital, accompanied with her husband.

A Yak-42 plane had to make an emergency landing Sunday evening at the same airport on its way from Moscow to Grozny after authorities received a bomb threat.
