Report: British Airways, union back in talks

LONDON — A British news agency says that British Airways Chief Executive Willie Walsh is again talking with the union representing cabin crew staff, who are poised to strike on Saturday.

British Airways and the Unite union both declined to comment on the report.

The Press Association, citing unidentifed sources, said Thursday that Walsh was in touch with union representatives.

The union has called for a three-day strike beginning Saturday and a four-day walkout beginning on March 27.
