Middleton family’s ‘Party Pieces’ in legal trouble?

LONDON - Universal Music has sought legal advice over a CD promoted by Party Pieces, a firm owned by Kate Middleton’s family.
The world’s biggest record company, owned by the French conglomerate Vivendi, are taking a close interest in Pop Party, the CD sold by the Middletons, which has the same title as a collection of albums issued by them.
“We do have a series of successful CDs under that name,” the Telegraph quoted Selina Webb, of Universal, as saying.
“I have spoken to our laywer and if we did [take legal action against anyone] it would be the suppliers,” she added. (ANI)
