Men like cooking in the nude

LONDON - One in 10 men likes to cook in the nude, a study in Britain has found.

The extraordinary statistic was revealed Tuesday in a study of the cooking habits of 3,000 men and women across the country, Daily Express reported.

Twelve percent of men said they prefer to do it in the buff, compared to just four percent of women.

Even celebrities have cottoned on, with “Who Dares Wins” TV presenter Nick Knowles admitting he once burnt more than the dinner while cooking in the nude.

But the favourite kitchenwear is “slouchy” clothes - 46 percent of men and 60 percent of women like to wear tracksuit bottoms while preparing food, and 54 percent of women cook in their pyjamas.

The findings, from appliance maker Hotpoint mark the launch of a bespoke apron, designed for the company by Celia Birtwell.
