MELBOURNE - Air New Zealand’s latest in-flight safety demonstration video features an elderly woman streaking down the isle.
Themed on the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, the video features die-hard All Blacks fans, a fainting flight attendant and the token Aussie supporter, News.com.au reported.
But at the end of the clip an elderly woman, who is first seen struggling under the weight of her Jonah Lomu memorabilia, runs naked down the centre isle.
All Blacks coach Graham Henry and captain Richie McCaw give safety tips as pilots, while commentator Tony Johnson and several of the All Blacks make cameo appearances.
Air New Zealand airline’s previous safety videos featured naked flight attendants and pilots covered only in body paint, urging passengers to “take another look” at in-flight procedures.
The video was recorded to the song ‘I’ve Got You Under My Skin’.
Like the airline’s past videos and advertisements, this latest rugby offering has already gone viral, racking up over 130 000 hits on YouTube in a week. (ANI)
