London, May 26 (ANI): Germany lost to Britain in the first World War, but they could defeat Britain in a rare board game which will go under the hammer.
Unterseekriegspiel - which translates as Submarine Wargame - was found in the attic of a German house.
The objective is to defeat Britain - throw a dice and move metal U-boats round Britain’s coast, destroying defensive targets.
“It’s a bit like snakes and ladders - except you try to invade and destroy Britain,” The Sun quoted Richard Westwood-Brookes, of Mullucks Auctioneers, as saying.
The auction is expected to fetch 400 pounds. (ANI)
