Obama to help commemorate 7 slain CIA employees
WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is attending a memorial service for the seven CIA employees killed Dec. 30 in Afghanistan by a suicide bomber.
The president will deliver remarks at the service at CIA headquarters in Langley, Va. The ceremony will be closed to reporters.
Later Friday, the president plans to go to Lanham, Md., just outside Washington, to visit a small business and meet with small-business owners. He is to speak on job creation and small-business initiatives.
In the afternoon, Obama meets in the White House with members of the Park View Little League baseball team of Chula Vista, Calif., to congratulate them on winning the 2009 Little League World Series.
