LAHORE - The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has reportedly decided to remove the Pakistan People’s Party’s ministers from the Punjab government.ccording to the Dawn, PML-N sources said that the decision was taken during a meeting headed by PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif today.

The meeting also decided to assign two ministries to members of the Unification Bloc of PML-Q MPAs.

The PPP is a junior coalition partner in the Punjab government spearheaded by Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif of the PML-N.

It may be noted that the deadline given by the PML-N for implementation of its 10-point agenda is going to expire tomorrow.

Earlier, a PPP parliamentary team had informed the PML-N that it had achieved around 50 percent implementation progress on its 10-point economic reforms agenda.

It had also asked the PML-N to extend its 45-day deadline for maximizing achievements to 100 percent in the near future.

Ishaq Dar, the head of the PML-N team, had earlier said that the Central Organizing Committee of his party would hold a meeting on Friday to decide the future course of political action.

“The 10 glasses are not full; one is quarter full, another is half full and perhaps one is completely full,” Dar had said. (ANI)
