Four killed in Peshawar suicide blast

PESHAWAR - At least four people, including a police officer, were killed and many others injured in a suicide attack in Peshawar on Monday.
According to reports, a suicide bomber exploded his explosive jacket near the police vehicle of Deputy Superintendent of Police Rasheed Khan when he was going to his office in Kohat road.
“The bomber was a teenager, he came on foot and blew himself up near the police van,” the Daily Times quoted senior administration official Siraj Ahmed, as saying.
Police also confirmed that Khan, his security guard and driver died in the attack.
The injured people have been shifted to nearby Lady Reading Hospital. (ANI)
