Condom firm cashes in on royal wedding

LONDON - A company selling royal wedding condoms has been slammed for making money out of the big day.
Crown Jewels Condoms of Distinction have been branded ‘tasteless’ by royal commentators.
The souvenir sheaths are sold in royal purple packs of three with a picture of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Blurb on the box urges users to “lie back and think of England” and promises “a better class of lovemaking”.
It cheekily adds, “Like a Royal Wedding, intercourse with a loved one is an unforgettable occasion,” reports the Sun.
Inside is a saucy guide to using the “Heritage Edition” condoms, and a leaflet claiming, “England boasts some of the finest lovemaking in the world, with a tradition going back generations.”
Company spokesman Hugh Pomfret insisted they were the perfect souvenir for the April 29 wedding.
“We set our craftsmen to create these heirloom quality love sheaths. In years to come they’ll be a memento of a magical day,” he said.
However, Ingrid Seward of Majesty magazine said, “This is completely tasteless and really rather hurtful.”
“Prince William has a great sense of humour but this is a step too far. This is a cheap swipe to make money,” added Seward. (ANI)
