A look at Michelin’s 3-star restaurants

Now that the Michelin guide is coming to Chicago, foodies can start debating which restaurants might get the rare and coveted three-star rating, the best the guide awards.

Only 86 restaurants worldwide have that ranking, including six in the 2010 U.S. editions of the guidebooks, which cover only New York and San Francisco and northern California.

Here’s a look at the U.S. three-star restaurants:
