The second piece of painting titled “Celebration” which will also decorate the walls of the New Delhi airport occupies five panels. With 58 panels being covered with the renowned painter’s art, New Delhi’s international airport will get a changed and much improved look this year.

Why did Paresh Maity choose the New Delhi airport to showcase his works? The painter says that India’s civil aviation Praful Patel himself requested the painter to pay a visit to the airport in the month of March when the artist was still at the beginning stages of his work. The minister along with GMR Infrastructure convinced Paresh Maity to use his talent to beautify the third largest airport in the world. Today when the “The Indian Odyssey” and the “Celebration” are being celebrated all over the world, the creator of these masterpieces feels honored that his paintings have reached their rightful place. Paresh Maity says that the New Delhi airport is one of the most visited places in the world and hence his works of art, which reflect the culture and tradition of India, will be acclaimed by one and all if it is showcased in such a place.
