Correction: End of American wars story
WEST POINT, N.Y. — In a story June 21 about a conference at the United States Military Academy on how the ends of American wars have influenced history, The Associated Press reported erroneously the rank of panelist Gian Gentile. He is a colonel, not a lieutenant colonel.
