Sleepy Hollow Honors Michael Birrittella

SLEEPY HOLLOW (GaeaTimes.com)- The Tarrytown Sleepy Hollow community has seemingly grand plans in store for a dedication ceremony which is scheduled to take place on June 22 at 6 p.m. It is one such ceremony everyone is looking forward to in the town.

The Tarrytown Sleepy Hollow community dedication ceremony shall name a new batting and pitching training facility at the Sleepy Hollow High School. It shall be named after Michael Birrittella who had been a long time resident of Sleepy Hollow and a benefactor of the Tarrytown Dad’s Club. The Tarrytown Sleepy Hollow community authorities told the media how Michael Birrittella was always up and ahead for the youth of the town. Michael Birrittella’s son Myles Birrittella said that the new training facility at Sleepy Hollow High School shall help the youth to practice their game.

Ray Farrell who happens to be the baseball coach for Sleepy Hollow High School said that he is “extremely grateful” to Tarry town Sleepy Hollow community for coming up with this training facility. He also said that such a training facility shall encourage the kids and the youth to take up the game seriously and devote more time in their practice which in turn shall help them to perform better on the field.

Myles Birrittella called this dedication ceremony to be a special day for Sleepy Hollow. It not only honors his father but also his bakery which falls in it’s 100th year. All brothers of Michael Birrittella are thrilled and are looking forward to the special day which holds immense importance for one and all in the Tarrytown Sleepy Hollow community.
