Transgenders with boobs can go legally topless because they’ve male genitalia!

NEW YORK - Beach hoppers at Rehoboth Beach in Delaware, US, are not happy with transgender men going topless.

A lot of people have apparently made complaints about men baring their surgically enlarged breasts.

However, Police Chief Keith Banks explained that transgender men couldn’t be charged with indecent exposure for showing off their breasts, as they have male genitalia.

He said a specific law has to be passed to deal with the issue.

Lifeguards at Rehoboth Beach requested the offending parties to cover up their chests after they received complaints.

Even though they refused at first, they covered themselves before police reached the spot, reports the New York Daily News.

The issue will now be discussed at a town hall meeting. (ANI)
