Arrow Electronics completes Converge buy

MELVILLE, N.Y. — Arrow Electronics Inc. said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of reverse logistics services provider Converge.

Arrow Electronics, which distributes electronic parts and computer products, said the deal will add 5 cents to 10 cents to earnings per share annually.

Terms of the deal announced in April were not released.

Arrow Electronics shares fell $1.17, or 4.3 percent, to $26.11.
