Global Payments completes sales to Palladium
ATLANTA — Global Payments Inc. said Wednesday that it has completed its $85 million sale of its DolEx and Europhil money transfer businesses to an affiliate of Palladium Equity Partners LLC.
The electronc processing company said it plans to reinvest the proceeds into future acquisitions.
Global Payment shares rose 4 cents to close at $41.22.
