Constant Contact buys NutshellMail
WALTHAM, Mass. — E-mail marketing company Constant Contact Inc. said Monday it has acquired NutshellMail, a company that allows people to send and receive messages from social networks through separate e-mail accounts.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
NutshellMail is a privately held company based in Menlo Park, Calif. People who use its service can manage accounts on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and MySpace though their e-mail inboxes.
Constant Contact shares fell 14 cents to $21.63 in afternoon trading.
