Lockheed Martin gets $10M task order from Marines

LAUREL, Md. — Lockheed Martin Corp. said Tuesday that it was given a $10 million task award to provide communications work for the Marine Corps.

The order is part of a project that could eventually be worth $30 million. Lockheed will help with work on satellite and tactical communications for the service.

Lockheed shares rose 77 cents to close at $84.97.
