Mazda US sales rise 4 percent in February, led by sales of 2010 Mazda3 small car

IRVINE, Calif. — Mazda North American Operations said Tuesday U.S. sales rose 4 percent in February, led by sales of its 2010 Mazda3 small car.
BY THE NUMBERS: Mazda sold 17,054 vehicles last month, compared with 16,401 a year ago.
TOP SELLERS: Sales of the 2010 Mazda3 totaled 8,215 vehicles in February, up 29 percent. Sales of the Mazda CX-9 crossover rose 22 percent from a year earlier.
