Rates trade in tight range as Greece fears ease

NEW YORK — Interest rates held to a tight range in the bond market for a second day as concern about debt problems in Greece dissipated.

More signs of confidence in the economy Tuesday from businesses also eased some demand for safe havens like Treasurys.

The yield on the 10-year Treasury note that matures in February 2020 was unchanged at 3.61 percent in late trading from 3.61 percent late Monday. Its price was flat at 100 3/32.
