CONCERNS ON CAPITOL HILL: Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., is concerned that financial companies are using credit default swaps — a form of insurance against bond defaults — to bet that Greece will default on its debt. He worries that could worsen the country’s debt crisis.
