Cbeyond names PepsiCo general counsel to board
ATLANTA — Communications services company Cbeyond Inc. said Friday that it named Larry D. Thompson, the general counsel for PepsiCo Inc., to its board.
Thompson also is senior vice president of government affairs for PepsiCo. He has been with the soda and snack maker since 2004, and before that he was a senior fellow at The Brookings Institution.
Cbeyond shares rose 13 cents to $13.39 in afternoon trading.
