ROHTANG PASS - The Rohtang Pass, the crucial road link between Manali in Kullu district and Keylong in Lahaul and Spiti district in Himachal Pradesh received untimely snowfall on Monday leading to the closure of Manali-Leh highway for vehicular traffic again.
