VAN BUREN COUNTY (GaeaTimes.com)- Lt. Bill Lux, an authority from Van Buren County Police Department has said that the 30 year old mother from Michigan, Amy Henslee, who went missing from Monday, left her home on her own wish. According to the police she is a “voluntary missing person”.

Lt. Bill Lux is also under the impression that she is still alive. He added that someone should also be knowing where she actually is right now and has urged the people to contact the police if he knows anything about her whereabout. According to him, there is no fowl play in this incident. However, he has not yet got any information regarding any dispute in her personal life, that might had prompted Amy Henslee to leave the house all of a sudden. James Henslee, her 32 year old husband said that what is bothering him right now, is that he cannot trace his wife, who left her home about four days back, and is still missing. However he also said that his wife was scared to open the door if there was a stranger outside. She also disliked taking long walks in the streets alone. The initial investigation made the police conclude that Amy Henslee must have gone missing with someone whom she trusted a lot.

On Monday morning, Amy Henslee left the house for work without her car. James Henslee’s car was out of order, and so he preferred to use his wife’s car while going for work. Soon he found that Amy Henslee has left her wallet. Although he called her up several times, the lady failed to respond to his constant phone calls. After he returned from work, he saw that his front door was locked and his spouse has still not returned. He lodged a complain late that evening.
