Mumbai Police nab student for sending lewd SMSes to women

MUMBAI - Mumbai Police have arrested a 23-year-old architectural student for sending lewd SMSes and making telephone calls to a 45-year-old housewife in south Mumbai.
The woman, who was on the verge of getting divorced because of the calls and messages, has saved her marriage in the nick of time. She was not his only victim. The list included other housewives and a woman police officer.
The arrested student reportedly belongs to a well-to-do but dysfunctional family settled in Raigad.
Rizwan Alsulkar has been remanded in judicial custody by the 16th Ballard Pier metropolitan magistrate’s court.
Police said Alsulkar indulged in the psychopathic activity with four or six other men.
He came to Mumbai a year ago for his studies and took up a job in a Nagpada-Dongri shop for pocket money, since he was not getting any from his family.(ANI)
