Chinese Premier Wen ends Pakistan visit

ISLAMABAD - Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao concluded his three-day visit to Pakistan on Sunday after addressing a joint session of the country’s Parliament.
Pakistani Prime Minister Yusaf Raza Gilani and other top civil and military officials saw him off at the Chaklala Air Force base near capital Islamabad.
A Pakistan Air Force contingent presented arms as Wen walked towards his special aircraft.
Chinese nationals were present at the airport waving red flags to see their premier off.
Premier Wen was in Pakistan at the invitation of President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani and leading Pakistan politicians.
He also interacted with service chiefs of Pakistan.
During his visit, both sides signed agreements and memorandums of understandings that could bring about 25 billion dollars worth of Chinese investment to Pakistan by 2013. (ANI)
