Brit teen raped at Oktoberfest beer festival

LONDON - A, 18-year-old girl has been raped at the Oktoberfest beer festival in front of her horrified boyfriend in Germany.

The Brit teenger was attacked in a field packed with visitors at the event.

Munich police said the teen and her partner, 24, had been drinking in one of the meadow’s many beer tents when they decided to have sex behind a nearby lorry early on Saturday morning.

“The tent had become very crowded with revelers and they decided to leave,” the Sun quoted a spokesman as saying.

However, as the pair made love two men emerged from the shadows and attacked them at around 12.40am.

One man held the boyfriend back while the other threw the girl to the ground and raped her.

Cops said she fought back and her screams for help were heard by a passer-by who alerted police, but she was unable to stop the man.

The girl was taken to hospital and later interviewed. Both men escaped.

It is the first rape to have been reported at this year’s event.

Last year nine rapes were reported to police, six of them on the same meadow where the 14 beer tents stand. (ANI)
