SRINAGAR - Curfew continues for 15th day in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, affecting normal life since security forces have sealed almost every road to restrict public movement.

Barbed wire fencing and barricades have been erected while the markets remained shut in the valley.

Residents were confined to their homes and vehicles were off the roads except for couple of cars.

Meanwhile, the local residents have demanded relaxation of the curfew so that they can shop for essential items such as food, milk and medicines.

Earlier, Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram said that the Government will appoint a Group of Interlocutors under the chairmanship of an eminent person to begin the process of sustained dialogue with political parties and groups in Kashmir. By Afzal Bhat (ANI)
