Princeton buys Georgia apartment complex
ORCHARD LAKE, Mich. — Real estate investment firm Princeton Enterprises LLC said Thursday it has acquired a 304-unit apartment community in College Park, Ga.
The complex, which is in the Atlanta metropolitan area, has floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms.
The transaction closed during third quarter.
