SEOUL - North and South Korea will hold working-level talks on family reunion in Kaesong on September 17, the South Korean Unification Ministry has said.

According to a Yonhap news agency report, the ministry said Red Cross officials from the two Koreas plan to hold talks in the North Korean border town of Kaesong on Friday to discuss arranging additional reunions of families separated by the 1950-53 Korean War.
