Welsh bog snorkeller sets new world record time

LONDON - A new world record time has been set by a Welsh bog snorkeller at this years World Championships at Llanwrtyd Wells, Powys.
Officials are expected to confirm that Dan Morgan, from Brecon, smashed the current record time for the obscure sport by more than eight seconds, reports the Telegraph.
To complete the race, contestants must swim two lengths of a 60yd (55m) muddy, water-filled trench using flippers but no recognised swimming strokes.organ’s time was unofficially recorded as one minute and 30.06 seconds, comfortably eclipsing the previous best time of one minute and 38.15 seconds.
