LONDON - A legless Indian man’s incredible dancing skills have made him a star on the Internet.
Vinod Thakur shot to fame after appearing on the reality show ‘India’s Got Talent’ showcasing his dancing skills.
The 21-year-old mobile phone repairer surprised onlookers with his skills during his audition.
“Whenever I saw foreigners doing it on the Internet, I would ask myself, why can’t I do it?” the Sun quoted Thakur as saying.
“After watching me on TV, people have changed their opinion about me and want their children trained by me.
“But I tell them that I am busy these days,” he said.
Vinod, who was born with no legs, the result of a birth defect, quickly learned how to walk on his hands, and can climb stairs faster than his able-bodied pals.
His former schoolteacher, Kamta Chopra, 62, said: “I don’t have words to express my happiness.
“I wish him all the best and pray to God that he wins the show and helps his poor parents.”
Ecstatic Thakur is set to give his best shot.
“I am very excited. I have been getting a lot of support from my friends, family and neighbors.
“They want me to make them proud and I will do my best,” he added. (ANI)
