ISLAMABAD - The plight of the flood victims in Pakistan has aggravated further with rampant looters grabbing at anything that they can get access to in Southern Punjab.
According to The Nation, the looters, have raided houses on boats and managed to sneak away.
The survivors are seized with fear and shock not knowing if they will find their house or not.
Most of the cases have gone unreported.
“I have to be vigilant even for my buffaloes, sheep and other live stocks as many of animal theft incidents have occurred in my village,” one of the flood victim said.
“Living in the house of sorrow such incidents are further aggravating our woes and worries,” said another victim from Chowk Quereshi (Muzaffargarh). (ANI)
