NEVADA - Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is organizing a panel discussion on “God” on September 11 in Reno (Nevada, USA), which will portray how different faith traditions define and view “God”.

A Christian pastor, Muslim imam, Hindu leader, Buddhist priest, Jewish rabbi, and an Atheist thinker will explain and discuss “God” and shall answer related questions in it. Hindu statesman Rajan Zed, who is also Director Interfaith Relations of Nevada Clergy Association, is the coordinator. Cost of participation is 49 dollars each.

Oxford Concise Dictionary of World Religions tries to define “God” as: The absolute and real who is, than which nothing greater can be conceived, the unproduced Producer of all that is, without whom nothing that is could be or could remain in being.

Fastest growing college in northern Nevada, TMCC serves over 13, 000 students offering over 50 degree and certificate programs at its over 40 sites, and its “vision” is: “creates the future by changing lives”. (ANI)
