Another train robbery in Bihar, six injured

JAMUI - At least six passengers were injured when 25 armed dacoits stormed into the 3049 Howrah-Amritsar Express train in Bihar’s Lakhisarai District and robbed the passengers at gun point last night.
Passengers who resisted were beaten up and looted of cash and other valuables worth Rs 1.5 lakh.
The injured have been admitted to nearby hospitals.
A case has been registered with the Government Railway Police (GRP).
This is the second train robbery reported in the last four days in Bihar.
On Friday, armed dacoits assaulted and looted passengers of 3111 up Sealdah-New Delhi Lal Quila Express in Bihar’s Lakhisarai district, injuring 21 people including a GRP personnel. (ANI)
