Maharashtra ATS arrests 28 Bangladeshi immigrants from Nagpur

NAGPUR - The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) took into its custody 28 Bangladeshi immigrants from Nagpur city on Tuesday for illegal stay.

It has been reported that the ATS were closely monitoring their movements following which they were arrested from different places in the city early today morning.

A case has been registered against the Bangladeshi immigrants under relevant section of Foreigner’s Act 1946 (14) and 1950 of entry in to country without valid documents (Passport). (ANI)
