Correction: Beating death story
SUMMIT, N.J. — In stories July 26 and July 27 about the beating death of a man in Summit, N.J., The Associated Press, relying on information from law enforcement officials, misspelled the victim’s last name. The victim was Abelino Mazariego, not Mazaniego.
