Woman in Italy crashes car into roof while admiring mountain view

LONDON - A woman in Italy was so taken in by a mountain view that she did not notice her car rolling down a hill until it crashed into the roof of a house.

Maria Rizzo, 34, had forgotten to put the handbrake on when she stopped to do some sightseeing in Alassio, northern Italy, and take a picture of the view.

The Fiat Panda crashed through a barrier and smashed into the roof of a nearby house wedging itself in the bathroom.

“Luckily no one was home at the time - so nobody was hurt, but the owner of the property did have a surprise when they arrived home,” the Sun quoted a police spokesman as saying. (ANI)
