LONDON - A poster for a campaign to encourage people to clean streets in Britain has been branded as being “too dirty”.
The Keep Britain Tidy posters have been called “childish and immature” by Marie Claire, of the Plain English Campaign.
“Do they think we all have filthy minds? Maybe we should start a ‘Keep it clean’ campaign for them,” the Sun quoted her as saying.
But KBT chief Phil Barton retaliated by saying that the 858 million pounds cost of clearing litter was “obscene” not the posters. (ANI)
