CapLease gets extension on credit agreement

NEW YORK — Real estate investment trust CapLease Inc. said Monday that Wells Fargo Bank has agreed to extend its credit agreement for another three years.

The $140 million credit line now expires July 16, 2013.

CapLease said it invests primarily in single tenant commercial real estate assets subject to long-term leases.

CapLease shares rose 5 cents, or 1.3 percent, to $4.74 in midday trading Monday.
